We're hiring an experienced Account Manager to be the main point of contact for a portfolio of e-commerce brands, coordinating our paid media, email, design and web teams. We're building the best e-commerce growth agency in South Africa, known not only for results but for best-in-class customer service.
The business is growing fast, and the people who help drive that growth are recognised for it.
We trust our specialists to deliver their own work. Your job is to own the client, know what's happening on every account, spot problems early and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Not to micromanage the people doing the work.
You'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of e-commerce clients and the link between them and our paid media, email, design and web teams. You own the flow of information in both directions, and you keep the client's expectations and our delivery in sync.
And it's one role. You'll never be expected to cover multiple roles, just your own, done well.
You're responsible for the client relationship, the flow of information in both directions, and making sure expectations and delivery stay in sync.
No "market related". Here's exactly what the role offers.
The salary is the starting point. Here's everything else that comes with the role.
An annual increase for team members fulfilling their role, so your salary keeps pace with inflation.
A year end function for the whole team, fully paid. That's us in the photo at the top of this page.
Take leave on your birthday. No questions asked.

Your time outside working hours is yours. No weekend work and no after-hours work expected.
Fully remote, never isolated. You'll work with a connected, engaged team every day.
Structured training on Omnia's systems, clients and processes, so you're set up properly from day one.
Weekly meetings with your team lead for guidance and support. No one is left to figure things out on their own.
All the systems and processes you need to do your role are already in place. No guessing and no being thrown in the deep end.
No role overlap. You'll never be expected to cover multiple roles, just your own, done well.
Regular reviews of your progress as you grow your knowledge, expertise and earning potential within your role.
We work exclusively with e-commerce brands, so you'll go deep in one industry instead of spreading yourself across ten.
Attributed online sales generated for our clients. The accounts you manage are real businesses with real stakes.
Paid media, email, design and web, all in-house. You coordinate specialists who own their craft.
We're in a significant growth phase, so you get real scope to shape how account management works as the team scales.
A real, in-house team of specialists. Not freelancers, not outsourced, not rotating juniors.
You'll get 4 months of training on our systems, clients and processes. Onboarding is about learning how we work, not learning the job itself.
We'd rather you self-select out now than find out three months in. Be honest with yourself.
